Lab On-site

For your convenience, we have an on-site laboratory that can perform some routine blood tests. Such tests are covered by your insurance carrier under your office visit. However, in order to treat you properly, it may be necessary to send out specimens collected in our office to a 3rd party laboratory for other tests. In this case, depending upon your health plan, you may responsible for all or part of that bill. Please contact your insurance carrier with questions on your coverage for 3rd party laboratory services.

You may decline to have your blood drawn here if it will require an additional copayment and receive a script to take to a laboratory, of your choice, which is covered under your health plan.
