James A. Jenkins serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Arthritis Care Center. He has fifteen years of experience in healthcare in the United States Air Force as a Medic, later at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as a Senior Research Administrator and most recently as Managing Partner of rheumRx, Inc., a healthcare consulting firm. He actively participates in clinical care, research and practice management.

He has a PhD in Health Services and a MPH from UCLA. He is active in a number of professional and civic organizations. He is a current member of the Association of Health Professionals Committee on Education and the American College of Rheumatology Professional Meetings Subcommittee. He is a past member of the Advocacy Committee, lobbying on Capitol Hill for rheumatology related issues.
